Welcome to Creekwood Farm RV Park. Our goal is to provide a peaceful, safe, and enjoyable experience for all guests. By staying with us, you agree to follow the guidelines below.
General Park Information
Creekwood Farm RV Park is a recreational park for the enjoyment of short-term campers. We do not offer annual or long-term sites. Special weekly and monthly rates may be available.
Payment for your reservation constitutes acceptance of all Creekwood Farm RV Park policies and guidelines. Failure to comply may result in additional fees or removal from the park without refund.
Reservations & Payments
Final payment is taken one day prior to arrival. If you wish to use a different card or pay cash upon arrival, please contact the office. Your first night deposit is non-refundable. If you must cancel, we will issue a gift certificate equal to your deposit for a future stay within one year.
Check-In & Check-Out
RV Sites: 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Cabins: 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Check-out for all sites and cabins is 11:00 a.m.
Quiet Hours & Noise
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Sound should not carry beyond your site. Guests are asked to maintain reasonable noise levels during daytime hours.
Children
Parents are responsible for their children at all times. Children should be supervised in restrooms, showers, and throughout the park.
Pets
Pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Do not tie pets to trees, utilities, or vehicles. Pets may not be left outside unattended. Clean up after your pet. Pets are off leash only in the dog park. No pets in bathrooms or recreation hall.
Restricted Dog Breeds
Based on our insurance policy, Creekwood Farm RV Park does not allow dog breeds deemed aggressive. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Pit Bulls
- Staffordshire Terriers
- German Shepherds
- Doberman Pinschers
- Rottweilers
Vehicles & Parking
One vehicle per site. Extra vehicles must park in the overflow lot with a pass from the office. Do not park on empty sites or block roadways.
Golf Carts
Drivers must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver’s license. Proof of insurance is required. Golf carts must remain on gravel roadways.
Trash
Trash is collected daily between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Place secured bags by the road. Do not leave trash out overnight.
Fire Pits & Grills
Fire pits only allowed on gravel areas. No ground fires. Personal charcoal and propane grills allowed. Do not leave fires unattended.
Firearms & Fireworks
Firearms and weapons may not be visible or discharged in the park. Fireworks are not permitted.
Restroom Courtesy
Please help keep restrooms clean and dry for the next guest.
Freeze Protection Policy
Guests must disconnect water hoses during freezing temperatures. Failure to do so may result in repair fees.
Inherent Risks
Camping in the outdoors involves inherent risks including uneven terrain.
