Cancellation policy for reservations
RV sites--24 hour notice on daily rates--one week per month on monthly.
Cabins--7 day notice on daily --one week per month on monthly.

 Good Sam and AAA Discount
10% discount on daily RV rates only. No discounts on monthly rates.

Passport America Policy
10% Discount is not available for the holiday periods of Memorial Day, Labor Day, or the months of
July, August & October, 50% all other times.
Passport policy is a 3-day stay, except when a current special allows a longer stay.
Discount applies to daily rates only. No pull-thru or creek side sites allowed.

Cabin Policy **11% tax applies**
Cabins have a two-day minimum stay   No Smoking or Pets in cabins
Linen and towel rental is for 2 guests included, over 2 guests $10 extra.
